    1. “Baked” Banana Apple Oatmeal:
    Filling, tasty, and good for you, this baked oatmeal is sure to satisfy during a fast-paced morning! Baked oatmeal is a tasty treat, but if you don’t have time to actually bake it, this is a great alternative.

    Apple Banana “Baked” Oatmeal in a Mug
    1/2 cup quick cooking oats
    1 tbsp ground flax seed
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/3 of a banana, mashed
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 of an apple, chopped
    2 tsp honey

    Add oats, flax, egg and milk in a mug. Stir well with a fork. Add banana, cinnamon, apple and honey. Stir again until fully combined. Cook in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
    Stir in a little milk or yogurt or nut-butter if desired.

    2. Microwave Quiche

    Microwave Quiche for One

    Cook Time: 4 mins
    Yield: 1 servings
    Dish Size: Mug

    Ingredients
    3 eggs
    4 1/2 tablespoons whole milk
    3 teaspoons melted butter
    pinch of salt & pepper
    12 grape tomatoes, diced
    1/3 cup torn pieces fresh bread
    3 tablespoons grated cheese
    3 teaspoons chopped green onion

    Directions
    Place eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper in a temp-tations® 16 ounce mug. Whisk with a fork until all egg whites are broken up.
    Top with diced grape tomatoes, torn bread, cheese and herbs. Mix ingredients together with a fork, making sure that all ingredients are covered with egg mixture.
    Microwave for 4 minutes or until egg is fully cooked and garnish with green onion if desired.

    3. Mac & Cheese
    Ingredients
    1 cup small macaroni noodles, uncooked
    1 1/2 cups water
    3/4 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, finely shredded
    2 tablespoons cooked Canadian bacon, chopped
    2 tablespoons green bell pepper, diced

    Directions
    Place macaroni in your 16 ounce temp-tations® mug. Pour water over the top until the mug is 3/4 full.
    Microwave for 5 minutes, splitting up the time into 1-minute increments. After each 1-minute increment check to make sure water is not boiling over. All water should be absorbed by the pasta before moving onto the next step.
    Carefully remove hot mug from microwave and stir in milk and cheese. Return to microwave for one more minute. Top with Canadian bacon, bell pepper and a sprinkle of cheese if desired.

    4. Chocolate Cake

    Cook Time: 4 mins
    Yield: 1 servings
    Dish Size: Mug

    Ingredients
    6 tablespoons flour
    5 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    6 tablespoons vegetable oil
    6 tablespoons milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons chocolate chips
    powdered sugar for decoration, optional

    Directions
    Place flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in your temp-tations® Hugs & Kisses mug. Whisk with a fork.
    Whisk in oil, milk and vanilla until batter is smooth. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    Microwave for 4 minutes, or until cake has set. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve immediately.
